Together we sponsored 2 students

Like every year, we raised some funds for the Queenstown local Wakatipu Highschool. They take their year 10 students to the Branches in Skippers Canyon. During 2 weeks, the students are isolated, while experiencing outdoor pursuits including abseiling, rafting, tramping, bush craft, kayaking, shooting and archery as well as important personal and leadership skills. This camp has a tradition of over 35 years and is one of the longest running school camps under canvas in the country!

This year's fee for attending the camp is NZD300.-- per student. We could raise enough money to support 2 of them!

We achieved this outstanding result through the generosity of our visitors who either donated some coins just like this or bought some merchandise from us. We collected the coins and donated ourselves $2.-- for each merchandise sold.

Yesterday, we could hand over this money to the Wakatipu Highschool and as every year, the grateful smile which we get in return is simply priceless!
